Why Do We Praise & Worship Jesus?

His name means salavation to us:

Acts 4:12

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

His name means the presence of God among us:

Matthew 1:23 

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

His name is the certainty of God's perfect love (eternal, unconditional, immutable, all giving) for us:

John 3:16 

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

His name is the highest, most powerful name in the whole universe, all for the glory of God:

Philippians 2:9-11

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

There is no other name worthy of our praise & worship but the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
